Eryzipel is a skin infection caused by group A streptococci.

Erizipelul este o
infectie a pielii determinata de streptococii de grup A. Boala este cauzat de o bacterie care se poate gasi in nas si
faringe. Aceasta poate migra la nivelul pielii,
in rani si alte zone lezate.Aceasta boala, apare mai des la persoanele de peste 40 de ani si are
tendinta la reaparitie dupa vindecare.Are
loc o reactie inflamatorie la nivelul pielii,
prin mecanism infectios si alergic, insotit de febra si stare toxica.
Simptome:
Trebuie sa stii ca poti face erizipel la aproximativ o saptamana dupa ce ai contactat aceasta bacterie. Boala debuteaza cu frisoane,febra (39-40 grade Celsius), dureri de cap si stare de rau generala. Daca ai erizipel,
pielea ta va fi rosie, cu
supradenivelari si vezicule , leziunile fiind dureroase si fierbinti. In centru rana este mai palida, iar spre margini
este rosiatica. Aceasta infectie se
poate localiza la nivelul fetei avand caracteristicile unei conjunctivite sau rinite. Initial poti observa ca este acoperita doar jumatate de
fata, ulterior roseata extinzandu-se
si la cealalta jumatate; in final leziunea
capata aspect de fluture. Ti se pot umfla pleoapele,
se poate inrosi si pielea fruntii, a
scalpului si a pavilionului urechii.De
asemenea ti se pot umfla ganglionii submaxilari si preauriculari.
Tratamentul
erizipelului cu antibiotice.
Tratamentul de electie este penicilina G timp de 10 zile apoi moldamin. In caz de alergie
la aceste antibiotice se poate trata
cu clindamicina, daptomicina sau macrolide. Local poti pune comprese
cu solutii antiseptice. Daca boala revine, trebuie sa reiei tratamentul timp de 14 zile, apoi vei
face moldamin injectabil 3-6 luni
asociat eventual cu anticoagulante.
Tratamentul
erizipelului cu produse naturiste.
Foarte emolient
si benefic in tratamentul erizipelului, il are efectul sucului din frunzele de urechelnita, care se aplica peste inflamatie. Intern se poate lua dimineata cu o jumatate de ora
inainte de micul dejun o ceasca cu
infuzie de ventrilica iar pe parcursul zilei se bea 3-4 cesti de ceai de urzici….citeste mai departe…
