-50 g corn germ oil;
-10-15 g (one tablespoon) 38-40% alcohol refined;
-A half teaspoon honey;

Tratamente Naturiste cu Varza
Varza alba, este un remediu naturist uimitor.
Virtutile terapeutice ale verzei albe sunt cunoscute inca din antichitate, ea fiind considerata o adevarata "farmacie naturala".
Calitatile sale sunt de necontestat, astfel ca varza alba poate fi folosita cu succes in prevenirea si tratarea unui numar extrem de mare de boli.
Alifie de varza.
Aceasta reteta este folosita in Austria si Cehia de peste o suta de ani.
Are avantajul ca nu se degradeaza timp de doa-trei luni la temperatura camerei.
Se foloseste pentru tratamentul urmatoarelor afectiuni si boli:artria,artroza,amigdalita,celulita,degeraturi,dureri reumatice,eczeme uscate,guta,hemoroizi (externi),hepatita,psoriazis,sciatica,tendinita,tulburari circulatorii,tumori,ulceratii,varice,zona zoster.
De asemeni alifia este folosita ca si crema de fata (se aplica noaptea).
Tratamentul consta in ungerea zonelor respective  ( bolnave ) cu aceasta alifie.
Se leaga locul cu o bucata din panza de forma triunghiulara (marginile unghiului drept 80 x 100 cm).
Se lasa sa-si faca efectul cam doua ore.Asemenea aplicatii se pot repeta de 2-3 ori,zilnic.
Prepararea alifiei de varza.
Iata cum se prepara aceasta alifie:
-40-60 ml zeama de la varza cruda (fara sare), echivalentul a 3 linguri;
-5 g ceara de albine;
-20 g untura curata de porc (sau lanolina);
-50 g ulei din germeni de porumb;
-10-15 g (o lingura) alcool rafinat 38-40%;
-O jumatate lingurita miere de albine;
La inceput puneti intr-un vas emailat la incalzit:untura (lanolina) si ceara de albine, lasati sa se topeasca, le amestecati si adaugati uleiul din germeni de porumb.Incalziti totul la 60º C.
Separat incalziti si zeama (sucul) de la varza cruda la 60º C si adaugati in aceasta mierea de albine si apoi alcoolul rafinat.Se amesteca foarte bine ...citestemai departe...
